Our Philosophy
Motor Masters is a family owned and operated company that has served our community for over 40 years, we treat each customer as we would want to be treated, giving them respectful and courteous treatment with dependable quality and service. Alvaro Zorrilla started Motor Masters in 1981 as an answer to the business practices of dealerships and other repair facilities that were not ethical. We provide automotive and collision repair done on a timely basis, guaranteeing repairs, and taking care of any problems. All customers receive a digital inspection on work needed so the customer can be assured every repair quoted is needed. We will never sell anything that is not needed. Our goal is to give the customer an in depth analysis of their vehicle, presenting to them everything on the vehicle that needs to be repaired now and later, so they can make an unpressured educated decision on what to do with the vehicle. We also offer a best in industry 3 year 36000 mile warranty on automotive repairs and lifetime warranty on collision repairs because we know our quality and expertise are unmatched by competitors. We vow to be as transparent as possible and to make customers feel like they are in a trusted family environment.
Goals for the future
Continue to expand in the community by adding shops in Pottsboro and Van Alstyne. Continue to be a light in the community where customers know that we are the most honest and most professional shop in the area who provide the most value to their investments. Continue to create opportunities and positions that allow employees to grow and climb in the company and have no limits to the success they can have. Continue to cultivate a culture that values others, values quality, values professional and knowledgeable technicians, and values customers.
