I felt I received very personal experience. John was extremely helpful in explaining everything upfront, and the mechanic had me come back to show me some things he discovered when servicing my car. He even gave me personal experience with the type of car I had because he owned the same type. Most importantly, I never felt pressured from either that I had to get the work done immediately or even by them. I felt they just wanted to give me a heads up and offer their service if I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Motor Masters.

I found that the experience of the shop team (Tom) and the honesty and integrity of the management team (John) to be refreshing and very welcome. After explaining the symptoms and the feedback from the local auto manufacturer's dealership, they both took me through a summary of how they would attack the issue. They provided an estimate and pursued the analysis. In the end, the cost came in well below the estimate. They told me what they were going to do and did what they told me they were going to do. Brilliant!
