Paid $2K to fix and replace 4 converters. Only 1 was replaced. Service: Exhaust

Thank you for your review. We have been around for over 35 years and we take an accusation like this very serious. I have tried to contact you several times to offer for you to come by anytime and we can put the vehicle on the lift and we can show you exactly what was done. First, all 4 new catalytic converters are bolt on and made together, and secondly I can show you all 4 new oxygen sensors that we needed to install because we couldn't get the other ones out. Just to be sure we DID NOT charge you for the oxygen sensors because they were not on the original estimate that we provided. I suppose every time we help someone out and put on 300$ worth of oxygen sensors and not charge we get a bad review. Like I have offered before please come by anytime and we can show you the work we performed. Thank you and have a nice day.

We really like Motor Masters. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced and always willing to get you in as quickly as possible. They also follow up afterwards to make sure everything is going smoothly. Service: Oil change

These guys are above & beyond!!! I am an expecting mother with3 others & my vehicle had been recently making some "new" noises...my father knew what yhe issue was however works out of town & was unable to help me but these guys made it a priority for us!!!! Not only did they get us in quick to resolve the issue, they stayed on contact throughout the process with updates and di a quick but superb job. My vehicle is now running like new again & these guys are still in contact to make sure everything continues to run smooth & meet any needs I may need still after the fact. Prices are unbeatable THANK YALL SOOO MUCH, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They are all so nice and professional. I do not go to anyone else! They are reasonable and most of all, HONEST! I know, with confidence, that they will keep my vehicle in top shape. I greatly need that...I drive a lot! Service: General repairs & maintenance
