Since 2017 my Jeep Liberty (2007) has been in the very capable hands of the people at Motor Masters. They are very accommodating in the drop-off and pick- up of my car, suitable to my needs. They even have furnished me with a “ loaner” car when I had no other way to get around, or bringing me home when I had to leave my car behind. They have always honored my request to check my car and before doing any work on it, calling me to discuss what is wrong and what the costs will be. Knowing that I do not have much income, we were always able to postpone work which could safely wait till a time in future or tell me what needs to be repaired for safety reasons. Their repair has always been thorough and lasting and the itemized bill always helps me to check if the repair was done again or that they repaired exactly what they said they would.
